My family and I raise chickens and sell eggs, so I wanted to try broilers and see how different it was to do meat chickens. This is my first year raising broilers, and I have worked very hard, pushing through and always trying even though it was not fun sometimes. I learned a lot about the feed these chickens need and how much time and money it takes to raise them. It makes me feel good knowing that I have helped my family raise meat we can eat.
